Need a Christen Swiss scale repair?
• Make sure you are logged in first. Not registered yet?
• Once you have logged in a link will appear on the top right of the screen: ‘RMA Overview’.
• Fill out the requested information and send it to us.
• You will directly see if your scale can be repaired under warranty.
• You will also receive an ‘RMA number’ which can be used for shipping. This also helps us to carefully handle repairs in our system.

Is the repair out of warranty?
Then we provide a estimation of the total costs to repair your Christen Swiss scale. When you accept the costs via e-mail, the scale will be repaired and we make sure it will be send back properly.
